Kevin Xu is the Founding Partner of Aldebaran. Previously, he served as Investment Director at Alibaba, Chief Investment Officer at 36Kr Group, Founding Partner of Hatchip Investment, and Vice President of CCB International Asset Management. With 17 years of experience in private equity and venture capital, he has completed several milestone projects in the field of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in International Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Stephen Li
Co-Founding Partner
Stephen Li co-founded Aldebaran with Kevin. Prior to Aldebaran, he was the Managing Partner of a family office focusing on venture investments and held leadership roles at various financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank Strategic Investment Group and China International Capital Corporation Investment Banking Division, where he gained extensive experience in investment, M&A, and financing.
Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor’s degree in International Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Stephen is a CFA Charterholder and an FCCA of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Hudson, Kyung Shik Ho

Hudson Ho is a Partner of Aldebaran. Before joining Aldebaran, he was the Managing Partner and Head of China at Korea Investment Partners. Prior to KIP, he was a consultant at Anderson Consulting. Hudson has extensive venture capital experience, specializing in TMT and Biotechnology. He has been recognized as the “Best Venture Capitalist” by the Korean government and is listed in the “Top 100 Best Venture Capitalists” by China Venture Awards.
Hudson holds a B.B.A. degree from Seoul National University.
Yuan Jing
Managing Director
Yuan Jing is a Managing Director at Aldebaran. Prior to Aldebaran, Yuan was a Senior Manager at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) in Singapore and a Senior Engineer at Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation in China. He was a committee member of UMC Group’s Patent Proposal Review Board. Yuan has extensive experience in semiconductor R&D and engineering management.
Yuan holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Xi’an Jiaotong University.

Chiron Cui is a Vice President of Aldebaran. He previously worked as Investment Director at Sanyi Group, Vice President at Value Capital, and Managing Director at Tamarace.
Chiron holds a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s degree from Harbin Engineering University.
Ricky Zhang

Ricky Zhang is a Senior Associate at Aldebaran. Prior to Aldebaran, Ricky worked as an Associate at YH Capital, Investment Analyst at Tencent PCG, Management Trainee at Zhiwen, and Team Leader at Julive.
Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree from Renmin University.
